QUANTUM NOW | ICI QUANTIQUE was the first event of its kind: an executive forum positioned as the anchor of Canada’s celebration of the International Year of Quantum.

While a logo had been developed, the team needed to transform it into a full event identity and create an experience that felt consistent, engaging, and worthy of the moment. The goal was to deliver a brand presence that matched the scale of the opportunity — establishing QUANTUM NOW as the essential gathering for leaders preparing to thrive in the quantum economy.

Approach

We set out to design an experience that went beyond visuals. Every touchpoint — before, during, and after the event — needed to feel cohesive, professional, and memorable. Leveraging the existing logo and palette, we expanded the identity into a complete system that could flex across digital platforms, physical environments, and bilingual communications.

The approach was digital-first to capture early momentum, then extended into tactile, on-site design that helped participants feel part of something historic. Collaboration with the production partners ensured that the brand and environment worked hand-in-hand.

Result

A comprehensive brand experience that carried through every stage of the forum:

  • Pre-event presence: A dedicated website, social media templates, and digital ads built early momentum and drove applications. Partner communications extended the reach across the ecosystem.
  • On-site design: From large-format signage and wayfinding to stage content and digital displays, every element reinforced the brand and helped participants navigate the event with ease.
  • Branded details: T-shirts, nametags, and environmental graphics created a sense of cohesion and belonging, turning practical items into touchpoints that strengthened the overall experience.

By building consistency across every channel and surface, QUANTUM NOW delivered a polished, professional environment that amplified the credibility of the program and gave participants a sense of belonging to a defining moment.

Impact

The event brought together 375+ delegates from 10+ countries, 200+ organizations, 60+ speakers, and 45+ partners, firmly establishing QUANTUM NOW as a premier industry-driven quantum forum.

Beyond numbers, the design and experience helped elevate the conversation: attendees left with a heightened sense of urgency — not panic — about quantum readiness, alongside the inspiration and practical steps needed to lead their organizations forward. QUANTUM NOW positioned Canada as a leader on the global quantum stage and set a benchmark for business-focused quantum convening.
